Fourth and final two-stroke generation restyled in the manner of the RSV 1000R: angular bodywork, twin headlights and new wheels. Power is restricted to 28 hp from 2006 for European markets; Euro 3 compliance in 2008 brings a new Dell'Orto carburettor. Production ended 2011.
