Mechanical and aerodynamic revision for 2025: enlarged 52 mm throttle bodies lift power to 105 hp and torque to 70 Nm, integrated aerodynamic winglets on the fairing for high-speed stability, larger bonded-glass 5" TFT for better sunlight readability, launch control and cruise control added to APRC. Standard (KYB) and Factory (full-adj Öhlins 43 mm) versions. The most accomplished RS 660 since its launch.

Derived from the front two cylinders of the RSV4 1100 V4, the RS 660 launches Aprilia's new 660 platform. Announced at EICMA 2019 as a 2020 model, it ultimately arrives in 2021 due to COVID delays. 659cc DOHC parallel-twin at 100 hp Euro 5, full Marelli APRC suite (8-level TC, 3-level cornering ABS, anti-wheelie, standard bidi AQS quickshifter, 5 ride modes), 4.3" colour TFT, slipper clutch and 169 kg dry.
